PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Our loan program is built for simplicity

Key Capital is currently providing lending services limited to Massachusetts with a primary focus in Middlesex, Suffolk and Norfolk counties.


Unlike traditional financial institutions, Key Capital is able to provide quick funding decisions within 7 days from first introduction to receiving the funds.

  •  12 -36 month loans, with a built-in monthly payment schedule
  • 12%-18% fixed interest*
  • Loans ranging from $50,000- $500,000 
  • An origination fee that is equal to 2% of the loan amount is deducted from the loan proceeds at closing 


*Legal fees usually range from $750-$1,00 due at closing. This fee will be deducted from your loan proceeds.
